What detergents do we use? Non Bio or Bio. - you can select this at check out.
Is there a mimimium order? Yes, £20. 
Do we offer commercial laundry services? Yes, but only in the areas we cover. So yes, to Airbnb hosts, salons, gyms etc, please contact us for rates. 
What time are our collection and drop off times? 7am to 8pm.
Can we clean delicates? Yes, but please give instructions. 
What if you do not want fabric softener? Please advise at check out.
Are your clothes washed separately from other customers' items? Yes, definitely. 
Is the laundry a smoke-free/pet free environment? Yes. 

Do we have a damage policy?

Yes, While every care is taken when handling garments, on rare occasions, damage can occur due to normal wear, delicate fabrics, hidden weaknesses or manufacturing faults. If an item is damaged while in our care, please contact us within 24-48 hours of the delivery so we can investigate promptly. 
Compensation is assessed based on the age, condition and current value and may be limited in line with industry guidelines.
